Cancellation Policy

Should you not be able to attend a scheduled class, our cancellation policy is as follows:

For all fused glass and stained-glass classes, 72 hours or more prior to a class, we will honor all cancelations with a refund, or you are welcome to receive a credit to be used towards a future class. Please note the cost of the credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund total. Cancelations after 72 hours can receive a class credit to be used towards a future class at NSGS. We cannot honor cancelations 24 hours or less before a class. No call, no shows will not receive a refund.

All of our glassblowing and flameworking classes are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date and time. Please make sure you can attend your appointment before booking - you are welcome to send someone else in your place should you not be able to make your appointment (just shoot an email ahead of time). In the case of an emergency, some cancellations may be eligible for a pre-made creation as compensation. As a small business, we base our operations on these bookings and the loss incurred from refunds and transfers is too great for us to absorb.
